How to receive your free sample pack:

Send a Self Addressed, Stamped Business Sized Envelope (NO. 10 or 4 ¼” X 9 ½“) to:

Please include a International Reply Coupon 1oz/30gr (available from your local postal service)
inside the envelope with your complete self addressed enevelope.

International reply coupons (IRCs) provide foreign addressees with a prepaid means of responding to inquiries, solicitations, or other types of communications that are initiated by U.S. senders. IRCs are exchangeable for postage stamps by postal administrations in member countries of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Each IRC is equivalent in value to the destination country’s minimum postage price for an unregistered airmail letter.

Remember - You need to send us a stamped and addressed (to yourself) envelope inside another envelope stamped and addressed to MAD Minerals, LLC.
If you send a empty envelope you will NOT receive your samples.
